Replacements are available ONLY in the event that we (Rustic Ranch Co.) have made an error and every effort will be made to ensure replacements are shipped in a timely matter!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Typos or color issues from the text and/or images you provide. We cannot guarantee colors will appear the same on every device.
• Items shipped to the address you provided at checkout that show delivered.
• Shipping to the wrong address when that address is what you provided at checkout.
• Items where a proof was received and approved.
