We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will be more than happy to assist you.

MOCKUPS for items that are posted are to show you the design, sometimes the actual product will be lighter or darker in person. This is out of my control as each product is handmade. (so, each item will be different) 

**Remember once you check out it means that you have approved the item(s) to be made and shipped to you and have read and agreed to the policies***
On preorders, refunds are not available
